This industrial based client commissioned RMG to provide A/E services for a proposed new employee recruiting and training building to satisfy the growing need for future worker placement throughout their company.  While the owners wanted to have a very functional and maintenance free building, they also wanted to give an image to prospective employees as well as their clients, of a modern cutting edge company.  The design of this 22,000 s.f. building is basically a pre-engineered metal building which gives it an economical base structure.  In order to achieve the owner’s goals for both function and low maintenance, our designs included several new and sustainable finish products which achieve those goals and at the same time give the building a very unique character and image.  The success of this building has given cause to our client to also provide a similar design for a new facility in Pasadena, Texas which they plan to break ground on in 2019.
