Bayou Rum Distillery

Louisiana and its people have a distinct style that we take pride in. As a state with a long standing tradition of farming sugar cane, it is refreshing to find a distillery that uses this history to produce its product. Because of the company's strong connection with our Louisiana Roots, it was our goal to produce an architecture that reflects this aesthetic language. The brick, wood, and iron that give this building its unique Louisiana look flows through into the interior to articulate a cohesive design. When having a drink at the unique wood and iron bar, it is easy to lose oneself in a nostalgic memory of Louisiana past.
