Bayou Rum Distillery
Louisiana and its people have a distinct style that we take pride in. As a state with a long standing tradition of farming sugar cane, it is refreshing to find a distillery that uses this history to produce its product. Because of the company's strong connection with our Louisiana Roots, it was our goal to produce an architecture that reflects this aesthetic language. The brick, wood, and iron that give this building its unique Louisiana look flows through into the interior to articulate a cohesive design. When having a drink at the unique wood and iron bar, it is easy to lose oneself in a nostalgic memory of Louisiana past.
Saint Charles Center - Courtyard
As a firm with strong christian ideals, it is important that we have a hand in the religious community. We were privileged in being chosen for the design of this courtyard. In this design we centered the the cross at the focal point of all axes so that there is a clear distinction of importance. At night, the waterfall dances with the changing lights to evoke a holy presence, while during the day the courtyard and waterfall create a sense of serenity that allows an intimate connection with God.
Lake Charles City Court
The Lake Charles City Courthouse serves as a pillar of our local government. The classical exterior and modern interiors provide a timeless design that is reflective of our government.
Scarborough's Day Salon
